Personal profile
About
Diane started designing her own cards in elementary school, and has loved working in print ever since. After graduating from Andrews University in 1991, she worked as a graphic designer for The Herald Palladium then transferred to the South Bend Tribune. With a strong desire to travel, she took an opportunity to spend 6 months working at Hlidardalsskoli, a "last chance" high school near Selfoss, Iceland. After that, Diane accepted a 12 month position to teach English as a second language in Moscow, Russia. Upon returning to North America, she worked exclusively in print for over 15 years creating a variety of books, magazines and calendars in Toronto, Ontario where she won numerous awards for magazine design and publications. She enjoys bringing the "real world" experience into the classroom and continuing to work as a professional graphic designer.
