About
Born in Brazil, Dr. Marinho has taught at universities in Brazil and at Indiana University Purdue University Indianapolis before coming to Andrews. Currently he teaches in the Leadership program. He has published on Leadership, Instructional Technology and Communication.
Current Research or Professional Activities:
Dr. Marinho has focused his research agenda on two main areas, with recent publications and presentations in the field of learning implications of instructional technology, both in online and face-to-face environments. His other major area of interest is in leadership development and performance improvement, including his current studies in global leadership and learning. He has also applied his research findings both in teaching and in corporate training with private consulting in Brazil.
