Sara Kim, DNP, FNP, JD

Dr. Kim is a clinical associate professor and chair of the School of Nursing.  She is a board-certified family nurse practitioner and a licensed attorney.  Dr. Kim has clinical experience in post-operative care, cardiology, and progressive care.  She currently practices as a Family Nurse Practitioner in the home setting.  Dr. Kim has a passion for education and a desire to advocate for the nursing profession by educating future nurses.  She is involved in her community as an American Heart Association CPR instructor and a Faith Community Nurse.  Her professional interests include interdisciplinary education, technology in healthcare, and health policy.
