Attitudes Toward Women In Ministry by Pastors in North America and Religion Teachers in Adventist Higher Education: A Report of Two Research Studies Commissioned by the Office of Human Relations, North American Division of Seventh-day Adventists

This report consists of two research studies using the questionnaire "Attitudes toward the Role of Women in the Adventist Church." The first study is based on random sampling of pastors in the NAD and the second was based on responses from all members of religion faculties of Adventist senior colleges and seminaries throughout the world field. The report seeks to provide guidance to the church as it struggles with the involvement of women in its ministry and leadership.
