Living with the Mind of Jesus: How Beliefs Shape Your Worldview

Abstract

“The unexamined life is not worth living” is a saying attributed to the ancient philosopher Socrates. It still challenges us to look into ourselves to understand what makes us tick. Our beliefs, purpose in life, and interactions all come from the internal assumptions we call worldviews. Our worldview affects our engagement with religion, politics, relationships, finances, and even diet. There is no aspect of our lives that is untouched by the lens of our worldview. And unfortunately, religion itself is no antidote for having a faulty worldview.

In Living With the Mind of Jesus, the authors take us on a profoundly enriching journey that will help us understand the strength of the Christ-centered worldview, as well as how worldview can change and how to shape the worldview of our children.
