Abstract

The purpose of the study presented in this paper was to measure and describe the personalities of a representative sample of pastors and their wives in the North American Division, and to relate these descriptions to the growth rates of the churches that they pastored. The Sixteen Personality Factor Questionnaire was used in the study.
