Abstract

Our study explores teaching strategies that impact post-COVID student engagement, attention, and learning. Through surveys and interviews with over 300 students at a Midwestern university, we identified key factors: instructor passion, question opportunities, and clear agendas. The findings provide actionable recommendations for professors seeking to enhance the overall academic experience
